Excellent FULL-TIME PUBLIC SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHERS in Hà Nội

We are currently accepting applications from teachers both inside and outside Vietnam.
For candidates who are outside Vietnam, we will provide support and sponsorship to help you enter the country legally.

We are seeking dedicated and passionate English teachers to join our native speaker teaching team. The role involves continuing the success of our long-running and dynamic public school partnership program.

Our partnership program has been operating successfully for over fifteen years. We are now recruiting teachers for the academic year 2025–2026. Successful candidates will be assigned to teach at various public schools in Hanoi.

Students range from 6 to 17 years old. This includes:

Primary school students (Grades 1–5)
Middle school students (Grades 6–9)
High school students (Grades 10–12)

Teachers will be placed at one of the three school levels, depending on qualifications and personal preferences.

Class sizes typically range from 35 to 45 students. Each class is supported by a teacher assistant, who is often the English teacher from the partner school.
Working hours are generally Monday to Saturday mornings, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. Alternatively, some positions follow a Monday to Friday schedule, including mornings and afternoons.

Teachers are not required to stay at school when they do not have scheduled classes.

All teaching materials and the syllabus are fully provided. Teachers also have access to supplementary textbooks. This reduces lesson planning to only 4–6 lesson plans per week, even when teaching 20–25 classes.

Teaching schedules are stable and consistent. Once assigned to a partner school, teachers remain at that school for the entire academic year. Teachers are welcomed as part of the school communit

Requirements

Native English speakers from America, Australia, Canada, Ireland, the UK, South Africa, or other English-speaking countries
A relevant college degree (minimum 3 years)
CELTA, TESOL, or an equivalent teaching qualification
At least one year of teaching experience
A clean Police Clearance Check
High energy and engagement in the classroom
Passion for teaching ESL
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to teach in both language centers and partner schools
Ability to maintain a neutral accent during lessons

Details of the Position

Hourly rate: 550,000 – 650,000 VND, based on experience and qualifications
Completion bonus available
Guaranteed minimum of 60 teaching hours per month
Average monthly teaching hours range from 75 to 85 hours
Expected monthly salary: 1,600 – 2,500 USD (after tax)
Stable schedules from Monday to Friday, or Monday to Saturday mornings
No deductions from monthly salary
Ongoing training to enhance teaching skills
Teaching the provided syllabus using ESL methodologies
Creating engaging speaking activities
Administering mid-term and final assessments
Participation in mandatory workshops and meetings
Attendance at special school events
Occasional teaching or coverage at the English center
Regular communication with the academic office
Full access to curriculum and teaching resources
Friendly, supportive, and professional working environment

The expected start date for this position is January 2026.
